Hello, I am a single person and had no idea about what a condition a house should really be in and what to look for before purchase. He took the time to explain everything to me from where my hot water heater was and how to turn it on and off to where the breaker box was. Once I received the inspections it was very thorough. He also explained each part of the inspection to me. I would Highly recommend Randall, he was on time and very professional.
